"Hello, my name is Anshika! I was born in Montego Bay, Jamaica and immigrated to the U.S. when I was four years old. I am a first-year college student at Nova Southeastern University and will be graduating in the year 2024. My majors are Neuroscience and Biology and minors in Experiential Leadership. I am part of the Razor’s Edge Leadership Scholars Mu class and the Dual Admission Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Program (KPCOM). I am also the Undergraduate Student Government Association First-Year Senator for the 2021-2022 school year. From a very young age, I have always aspired to be a medical professional. I hope to one day complete my specialty in neurosurgery for pediatrics. I absolutely love working with kids! A fun fact about me is that I am also a musician and singer: I play the harmonium, piano, and guitar. I enjoy video editing, acrylic painting, and watching Marvel movies in my spare time."
